To access certain services, such as the “US Address for Online Shopping” or “Personal Mail Center,” you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Shipping and Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring that all items you ship comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of the origin, transit, and destination countries. You must accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Insurance options are available and recommended for valuable items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silk Road Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of our Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of our Services; (d) any errors or omissions in any content.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service in question.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Silk Road Express and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Jerusalem, Israel for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
